The ranking "For Time" workouts is calculated as the cumulative amount of minutes and seconds (e.g. 08:15) on the clock when the last rep of the exercise is done.
For Time Every 3 minutes, AMRAP of: 21 GHD Sit-Ups 3 Rope Climbs Max Strict Handstand Push-Ups Rest 1 minute, then repeat until 63 Strict Handstand Push-Ups are completed.
