Snatch is an extremely technical exercise that involves lifting the bar off the ground by bringing it over the head in one go. You need to know that learning the right technique is difficult and requires patience.

Select either a 35, 55, or 70 pound dumbbell (or 1, 1.5, or 2 pood kettlebell). Post load and time to comments.
Max effort on rows. Rest as needed before and after Snatch efforts. Tabata protocol is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight intervals. Post row times and Tabata Snatch score (load and fewest reps of 8 intervals) to comments. E.G. 3:10, 155 lbs. 6 reps, 3:21.
