Intermediate Option:

Run 800 meters

35 sit-ups
Beginner Option:
3 rounds for time of:
Jog 400 meters
25 PVC pipe good mornings **
**25 AbMat sit-ups
Run 1,000 meters
Then,
5 rounds of:
15 push-ups
20 med-ball cleans
21 burpees
Then,
Run 1,000 meters
