Mayhem Gymnastics
The workout will go just like the song “The 12 Days of Christmas” does, check it out. It starts with 1 Burpee, then 2 Pull-ups (Strict) and 1 Burpee, then 3 Knees to Elbows, 2 Pull-ups (Strict) and 1 Burpee, etc. This will continue on till you start from the 12 Double Dumbbell Thrusters , 11 Overhead Walking Lunges….2 Pull-ups (Strict), and 1 Burpee to finish.
The WOD goes like this:
1 Burpee
2 Strict Pull Ups [scale to Ring Rows]
3 Knees To Elbows
4 Strict Handstand Pushups [scale to Box]
5 Box Jump Overs
6 Pistol Squats [scale to Air Squats]
7 Kipping Toes To Bar
8 V-Ups
9 second Handstand Hold
10 Push-ups
11 Overhead Walking Lunges @45/25
12 Double Dumbbell Thrusters @45/25

Continue until time expires, adding 3 handstand push-ups each round and 3 overhead squats every 3 rounds.

Scaling:
Today’s movement combo will tax your overhead position. Reduce the reps on the handstand push-ups and/or reduce the load on the barbell in order to work through the earlier rounds with minimal rest.
Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
1 overhead squat
10 burpee box jumps
2 overhead squats
10 burpee box jumps
3 overhead squats
10 burpee box jumps
Continue until time expires, adding 1 overhead squat each round.

♂ 185 lb, 24-in box

Scaling:
Experienced athletes should choose a weight on the overhead squat that they can pull from the ground and perform at least 10 overhead squat reps when fresh. Newer athletes should significantly reduce the weight. Reduce the height on the box in order to keep pushing the pace.
Intermediate option:
Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
1 overhead squat
10 burpee box jumps
2 overhead squats
10 burpee box jumps
3 overhead squats
10 burpee box jumps
Continue until time expires, adding 1 overhead squat each round.

♂ 125 lb, 24-in box
Beginner option:
Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
1 overhead squat
10 burpee box step-ups
2 overhead squats
10 burpee box step-ups
3 overhead squats
10 burpee box step-ups
Continue until time expires, adding 1 overhead squat each round.
Scaling:
If you anticipate that you cannot finish the first segment with 90 seconds or more to rest, modify the workout to 2 rounds for total time with a 2-minute rest between rounds. Use the step-down approach for both the box jump-overs and the burpee box jump-overs.

800-meter run
30 kettlebell swings
30 knees-to-elbows
800-meter run
20 kettlebell swings
20 knees-to-elbows

Scaling:
Today we have a longer chipper-style workout. Expect the kettlebell swings and knees-to-elbows to play off of each other in an interesting way. Use a kettlebell that allows you to perform each section in 2 sets or less. You should always be able to complete at least 5 knees-to-elbows throughout the workout. Aim to complete each run in 5 minutes or less. Work hard and have fun today.
